WONDERLAND - (NEVERNEVER LAND) - LONDON - 30th March 2013
Thursday, 28 March 2013 10:46

The Wonderland crew,  being the dream weavers and magical bass and sparkly stuff vendors they are, have named their first event of 2013… Nevernever land.

This is of course a very accurate description of the fluffy world away from the world that they painstakingly create for the love and only the love… all of the proceeds from Wonderland are donated to "The Wonder years charity" who support education and community in The gambia.

Check out what the Wonderland crew had to say about there forthcoming event.

MUSIC & PERFORMANCE...

“Dreams do come true, if only we wish hard enough"

THE JOLLY ROGGER TEA PARTY:

☞Dutty Moonshine

The sounds of the 1930's big band meets modern basslines and chunky beats... but you already knew that unless you have been living in a cave! These boys have a pedigree of top-class Hip-Hop, Breaks and Jungle: Combine that with a passion for the vaudeville arts, and the birth of Dutty Moonshine was inevitable. This duet have played various parts of Europe, headlined some of the UK's biggest clubs, smashed big stages at festivals such as Glastonbury, Bestival and Secret Garden Party and with a tour of the East-coast of the USA on the cards for 2013, and the duo frequenting Europe all year round you can be sure to see Dutty Moonshine bring back the roaring 20's. We have waited a long time to be able to scoop these cheeky gents up for a set at Wonderland, so we are very excited welcome them aboard!

*** New addition!***
☞Defunk

All the way from Calgary, Canada, this shipmate merges dubstep and glitch intensity with funk and classic music from the 30’s and beyond. He has helped create the new fresh style of ghettoswing, combining elements of big band and swing music with breaks and hip hop. He has also received support from the biggest names in ghetto funk, and experimented fusing funk sounds with dnb, trap and glitch. He has been released on three different international labels, but holds true that giving his music away for free is the best option, so check out the links below for a treasure trove of free bangers!

☞FreeFire

This crazy twosome have formulated an unmistakably raucous distinction on the breaks and electro platform with hits including “Rules like Gravity" on Plasmapool and “Race my Music” and "Superhero" on Sick Slaughterhouse.
The duo have recently made their first appearance on Le Castle Vania's "Always Never" label with the mighty remix of the massive "Awake" track, which climbed the charts just three days after release.
Their foray into the American arena cements FreeFire's intention to outrun all sounds, systems and supreme beings to bring nothing but Noise.
You can expect relentless bass,
